I am currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing & English and double majoring in History. I spend weekends competing in dog shows with my dog. I have competed in many dog sports with my Shetland Sheepdogs. Currently I compete with Phoenix, who is 11 years old.
I love reading Young Adult Fiction. Some of my favorites are Warriors Cats, Wings of Fire, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Skandar and Eragon. I pull ideas from my favorite stories to incorporate into my own stories. I love being transported to a new world and getting to experience magic and wonder, which is what I want to bring to my readers.
This is my favorite picture of my dogs. Haylo, Phoenix and Hayley. Hayley is Haylo’s mother. Hayley passed away on April 5th, 2024 and Haylo passed away on June 18th, 2025.
This picture was taken at a dog show in Iowa. I have gone to this show a few times because they have so many dog sport events to participate in and watch.
